What areas do you treat for pests?
As a general rule, we treat all internal and external areas of your property that have been identified as a pest hotspot. This includes sections within and outside your infrastructure, such as letterboxes, gardens, windows, driveways, pathways, gutter systems, sheds, roof voids, fences, storage areas and more.
However, we limit treatment application to sensitive areas, such as herb and fruit gardens, fish ponds and tanks, and the like.

Does weather affect our pest control services?
All our products are developed and rated for Australian conditions. At the same time, 90% of harborage areas treated are undercover. In cases where treatment is outside, an hour of drying time is necessary. So, yes, that’s when the weather affects our service.

Can people stay within the property while we treat for pests?
It is on a case to case basis. Most of the time, it is okay to be present while our team works on your site. However, you will need to discuss with your licensed technician. We always want you to be safe.
How do you prepare your property for pest control treatment?
Maximum coverage is ideal to effectively treat inside your property. So, it is advised that you move loose items by at least 30 centimeters from walls, tables, beds and other big furniture. Treatment will include areas within skirting boards and around big furniture. There is no need to cover sensitive areas as no airborne chemicals will be used indoors.
Outside your premises, make sure to put away children toys, pet toys, pet feeding bowls, clothes and other loose items. These can be gathered within a designated ‘safe zone,’ which will not be treated.
Is our pest control treatment safe for pets?
After treatment, your premises (inside and outside) is safe for pets. As soon as our treatment dries up, your pets are free to roam your yard.
However, during treatment, we ask that you put away pet toys, bowls and other items they use. For our part, we will make sure that any bowl left lying around is turned over.
During treatment, please keep your pets away from treatment areas for at least two hours.
Is our pest control treatment safe for children?
Yes, your children are safe with our treatment. As a precautionary measure, it is ideal to keep them away from the treatment area for at least two hours. We also ask that you put away their toys and other loose items they use.
As a safety policy, we do not treat play equipment with residual pest control products. We only use non-residual aerosol for these areas.
Do I need to clean up my property after treatment?
For our treatment to be fully effective, it is ideal that you do not mop floors for at least 48 hours from treatment. Don’t worry; the treatment we use inside premises is safe and fully dries fast. Treatment for your outdoor areas need to dry out naturally first, before you let out your pets and children.

Do we need to cease operations while you work?
You don’t really need to stay away. We only use people- and pet- safe products. However, you need to discuss with your technician about your treatment. There are case-to-case basis conditions that we need to consider for your safety.
When do you visit our sites?
You can set an appointment with our team manager for an initial inspection of your sites. We will assess your requirements during our visit; and confer with you regarding the necessary treatments. We’ll take it from there, and schedule treatment, monitoring station installment and future visits.
How do we prepare our sites for treatment?
Before we arrive to your location, make sure to clean up the premises. Remove all loose items against walls.
We include skirting boards in our treatment so it is ideal to move small items at least 30 centimeters away from the wall. There is no need to move big furniture, like desks and cabinets.
